Domande frequenti su Workout StudioFrequently asked questions about Workout Studio
L’app non riconosce la mia scheda. Cosa posso fare?

info@phoskee.devThe app doesn’t recognise my plan. What can I do?
In the Import tab you can fix the recognised text before creating the preview. Write one exercise per line, for example “Bench press 4x8 rest 90s”, and separate different days with a --- line.
Freer text needs Apple Intelligence turned on, on a supported device. Either way, you can create or finish the workout by hand with the + button.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
Adding workouts to the Workout app needs an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone. Without one, you can still prepare workouts and export them as .workout files.
Where do I find the workouts on Apple Watch?
After you confirm in the system sheet, the workout appears in the Workout app on Apple Watch among the custom workouts of its activity, for example Traditional Strength Training or Running.
How do I change or delete a workout I already added?
Once added, the workout belongs to Apple’s Workout app: Workout Studio can’t change or delete it. Delete it from the Workout app, edit your copy in Workout Studio and add it again.
Why are reps in the exercise name?
Apple’s workout format has no “reps” goal. Workout Studio writes them in the step name, so you see them on your wrist, and uses the number of sets as the block’s repeats. You move from one step to the next manually.
Where are my plans stored?
Only on your iPhone, in the app’s storage, and in your device backups if enabled. From Workouts → … → Save editable project you can export a copy.
